We turned the location into an exciting affair with an impressive Annual Day that blended corporate class and world-class entertainment.
We executed the full event production, creating a spectacular stage design that was enhanced with amazing LED displays, smart lighting and sound effects. From the start, through the opening ceremonies, speeches by the executives, and awards ceremonies, through the entertainment acts, and ending with the grand finale, everything had been choreographed to perfection.
Coordinating with the event organizers, we handled everything from event branding, technical rehearsals, show calling, artists management and production logistics.
