Icecube Events was tasked with providing a seamless corporate event experience that combined business presentations, a brand-led ambience, networking and team engagement within a professionally managed setting.
Asian Paints' visual identity, colour-led styling, stage branding, AV production and guest movement were all designed to transform the venue into a clean, vibrant, brand-led space. The main conference area was designed to support presentations, leadership addresses, moments of recognition and interactive sessions, offering good visibility and smooth technical execution.
Every aspect of the event was planned to ensure a seamless flow from arrival to closing, from registration and guest coordination to stage management, branding, audio-visual support and on-ground logistics.
