We transformed the factory premises into a large-scale inauguration and exhibition venue, delivering three days of ceremonial programmes, public engagement, and statewide participation. Our team managed complete production and execution, venue planning, ceremonial arrangements, stage production, exhibition areas, stall coordination, branding, and technical infrastructure.
The venue featured exhibitions and stalls representing different parts of Kerala, engaging dairy institutions, farmers, stakeholders, and visitors. From technical rehearsals and crowd coordination to security support and event logistics, every detail was carefully managed across all three days.
