One of our flagship events was staged on the shores of Lakshadweep, marking the inauguration of five transformative projects by the Prime Minister. With the island geographically separated from the mainland, two dedicated teams worked simultaneously across both locations to coordinate production, technical infrastructure, and on-ground execution.
We managed the complete event environment including stage production, AV infrastructure, branding, protocol coordination, dignitary movement, and public-area arrangements with every detail planned to ensure the Prime Minister's address and inauguration proceedings were delivered seamlessly.
